Aging

The aging process usually brings with it some disabilities. Some forms of mental illness are also associated with older persons. The disabling aspects of aging may lead to a loss of aspects of community life to which relatively healthy adults are accustomed. This requires adapatation on the part of persons and their surrounding community members to maintain a high quality of life.

This page provides resources for understanding some of the factors of aging in the hope that companionship and community can be maintained.

This page is still under construction. Please return at a future time to see more resources.
